You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access World of Dune and for any activities or actions carried out under your password, whether your password is used with World of Dune or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify the Empress of the Known Universe or the Leader of the Spacing Guild Academy immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not legally available for use, a name or trademark subject to the rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization (this includes all names used in the Frank Herbert books, movies, and series), or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

World of Dune allows you to post content. You are responsible for the content that you post on World of Dune, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content on World of Dune, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through World of Dune.
You retain all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through World of Dune, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of World of Dune, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through World of Dune does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
Content Restrictions
Eye4web ApS (DK-35032177) is not responsible for the content posted by World of Dune users. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any third person using your account.

copyrights, rights of publicity, or other rights.
● Impersonating any person or entity, including Eye4web ApS (DK-35032177) and its employees or representatives.
● Violation of third-party privacy.
● False information or misleading features.
Eye4web ApS (DK-35032177) reserves the right, but not the obligation, to determine at its sole discretion whether content is appropriate and complies with these Terms, and to reject or remove it.
Eye4web ApS (DK-35032177) further reserves the right to format, edit, and modify the form of any content. Eye4web ApS (DK-35032177) may also limit or revoke your use of World of Dune if you post such objectionable content.
Since Eye4web ApS (DK-35032177) cannot control all content posted by users or third parties on World of Dune, you agree to use World of Dune at your own risk.
You understand that by using World of Dune, you may be exposed to content that you consider offensive, indecent, incorrect, or objectionable, and you agree that under no circumstances will Eye4web ApS (DK-35032177) be liable for such content, including any errors or omissions, or for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from its use.

We may cancel or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon cancellation, your right to use World of Dune will cease immediately.
If you wish to cancel your account, you may request its deletion. To exercise this right, you may send a message to the Empress of the Known Universe or the Leader of the World of Dune Spacing Guild Academy from the account you wish to delete.
You will not have to justify your desire to delete your account.
However, you will need to provide the email address and date of birth you used to register for the Service. This confirms that you are the account holder. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, the account will be deleted, assuming you have left the site after your request.
